Are you taking custom orders?
Yes! I love creating unique one-off pieces that are made to order. Get in touch and if the project is within my skillset I would love to make your ceramics dream come true!
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! I will provide free delivery within Hallidays Point, or contact me to arrange a time for pickup from the studio.
How will my product be shipped?
Items will be packaged and shipped through Sendle where possible, or Australia Post. If you require Express Post please contact me prior to purchase to receive a shipping quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Australia wide shipping only at this stage. Perhaps in future!
How do you take the environment into consideration in your business?
In as many ways as possible. This begins in the studio, by reclaiming (recycling) clay scraps, reducing water use where possible, and firing the kiln on sunny days during our solar panels’ peak power production window.
Packaging is recycled whenever possible, and when bought new biodegradable non-plastic products are used.
The piece I would like to purchase is sold out, what next?
Please get in touch! The pieces I make are either one of a kind, or small batches, so sell out quickly. If there’s something you would love to see more of, contact me via DM on Instagram or by filling out this form to pre order for the next shop update.
Do you do wholesale?
Currently no, my work is exclusively available through my online shop. If you own a business and would like to discuss wholesale please contact me.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are considered final. If a piece arrives damaged due to shipping please email a photo immediately and we will work together to replace or refund.
